The Society stores membership details electronically. This includes Name, Address, Telephone number and Email address of its members. This information is used purely for informing members of events and activities in which they may be interested or contacting them on any other legitimate business of the society. The details are securely stored in an offline database on the Society’s computer. Some of this data is collected via the website. These details will not be divulged to third parties.
